The bed had dark spots, the shower didn’t drain well, and its knob was broken, so I had to use my finger. Staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was good. The location was okay, neither too far from nor too close to the city.

The staff were kind and accommodating, so the stay was manageable. For 700 a day with breakfast, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and two beds, you get what you pay for. It was clean enough, but the bathroom needed better upkeep: the shower was small and broken.

We left without even putting our bags down. In the first room, there was a spider nesting in the sheets and bedroom corners. They moved us, but the second room was full of cockroaches, and tiny ants were crawling over the beds. We only spotted the ants with a black light. When we went to get an employee, they were spraying Raid Insect Repellent in the first room without removing or replacing the sheets. We ran off to find somewhere else to stay. Do not stay here.

The receptionist is especially welcoming. She always has a smile and is very accommodating, and the staff are really friendly.

The lady was very helpful, and this is a good basic hotel. I'd recommend staying here, and I'll definitely book again.
