The breakfast was a letdown: cold rice with corned beef and egg, and very basic for the price. I didn’t feel the stay was worth what I paid. The place also looked quite different from the attractive photos online. When I chose not to stay the remaining five days, they refused my refund request. Front desk staff weren’t rude, but they could use more customer service training. Nobody offered to help with my bags, and there was no complimentary water or basic welcome item in the room. I wouldn’t recommend booking until the service, food, and honesty with guests improve. What you see online isn’t what you get.

Breakfast came with the stay, which was a nice extra, and the staff were warm and accommodating. We were there one night with our 1-year-old, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The place was clean and budget-friendly, a comfortable and convenient choice in Liloan.

The rooftop cafe has a superb coastal view and serves real coffee. Our room had no window looking outside, as is common with many rooms, but it was clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and everything in the bathroom worked. The staff were friendly and helpful, including a very helpful lady at the travel agent beside the reception window. We got a low price by booking online.

Getting around to local attractions was easy from this location. My room was clean and comfortable, with the amenities I needed, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. I’d recommend this affordable, comfortable pension house.

The morning breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They also gave us good suggestions for nearby restaurants and sights. The room was clean and well kept, and the location was close to public transport and local attractions. I had a great stay and would recommend Countless Pension House.
