Before booking Colorado Spring Resort, keep in mind that the hot water is super hot in the pool, showers, sinks, and even the bidet, which makes a refreshing wash before or after swimming difficult. The street outside is poorly lit, and some parts of the resort are quite dark. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room, the videoke has an outdated song list, and some billiard balls aren’t standard size.

The pool was nice, apart from the jacuzzi, but the rest of the place was poorly maintained. There were rusty showers, broken water closets, dirty tile floors, and bugs in the beds. The rooms and CR look nice in pictures, but up close they’re disgusting. One word for it: “dugyut”. I hope the owners fix these things so future guests don’t feel they wasted their money. Management should also train the caretakers in proper cleaning and maintenance.

The pool is a relaxing place to unwind, and the rooms are nice with a good view. This is my go-to spot whenever we’re in Laguna!
