We were the only guests who had booked, and with the rain and quiet around us, it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were kind and attentive, the food was tasty, and the room’s TV, refrigerator, and other equipment worked well. It’s a nice place with lots of new things, and I hope the activity areas are still working and that the place keeps getting better.

We left after only two hours, around 11 AM, and went to another resort. I’d been here about 20 years ago and returned recently with my family, but the place felt lifeless and had become so dirty and neglected. I regret not taking photos to show its condition. It has a lot of potential, but what we saw was very different from what they post on social media. I’d hoped it had improved over the years, but it seemed to have gone the other way. It’s definitely not worth it anymore.

The grounds and amenities are spacious and impressive, and the service was friendly. The room didn’t meet three-star standards, though, and the receptionists could have paid more attention.

We had a good time here, and I really liked the green grounds, the view, the attractive villas and structures, and the many pools. The food was okay. The shower room and restroom were clean, and there were plenty of trash cans around. The main problem was upkeep: the pool had leaves in it when we arrived, and the cottage seats were wet. It’s often rainy there, so mud is understandable, but I think maintenance could still be better. There weren’t any outdoor activities during our stay, which I’d been looking forward to.
