Good room and a great host. She helped us get to the bus terminal and Port Barton cheaply, instead of using the AC buses. For a cheap airport ride, walk out to the main Street and say you’re going to the museum. It cost about 8peso or so. You can also pay the flat rate for a mototaxi, which isn’t much. I’d absolutely stay here again.
After a long travel day, we stayed in and relaxed here all day instead of exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole place has a laid-back, homey feel. Airen looks after the rooms and common area so well, and makes a delicious breakfast for guests. There’s free tea, coffee, and water, plus very fast Wi-Fi. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. No complaints at all, I’d come back and recommend it to anyone visiting or passing through PP.
The Wi-Fi was the fastest I’ve had in the Philippines, and Joe was amazing, often cooking for us. I met some fantastic people here. I only stayed in Puerto so long because of Dallas. Best place to stay in Puerto, hands down.
A great budget spot for backpackers, with a very helpful host. The rooms are simple, clean, and have the bare necessities. It isn’t polished, but it has a charming, homey feel. This is backpacking in Asia.
My hosts were so kind, which mattered most to me. Dallas Lodge also had a very clean bathroom, well-kept grounds, and a cheap bed. It’s just off a main road with shops, restaurants, street food, and a mall nearby. It was exactly what I needed for one night in Puerto Princesa. If you’re considering it, just book and thank me later.
