Rinann's Mesatierra Garden Residences

At Mesatierra, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated, and I had a pleasant stay. The downside is parking for guests: there's no available area, so you have to buy a parking slot separately, and it's quite expensive.

The unit I booked looked out toward another building where I saw several stray cats. As an animal lover, it was a bit heartbreaking to watch. Still, Mesatierra is a secure building, conveniently near many key city spots. Parking is easy, though the fee can vary depending on which host you book with. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the pool is clean, and there's a gym for guests too. A solid, convenient option for a short city stay.

The condo itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the pool is sparkling clean. But a very uncomfortable incident with one of the female security guards overshadowed my stay. I can't remember her name. If I understood correctly, she said she'd worked overseas at some point. At the pool she repeatedly made personal requests that felt inappropriate, asking several times for my Instagram and WhatsApp and whether I had a partner. She brought it up whenever I went there. Once she even asked about my gender preferences, and I was so uncomfortable I could only laugh nervously. The day I brought my girlfriend to the condo, she also made comments behind her back. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I hope management addresses it, because guests should feel secure and respected by every staff member.

We booked an Airbnb at Mesatierra and really enjoyed our time there. The green areas were lovely, and we especially liked the pool and playground. The staff were approachable 👌🏻.
