The welcome was warm, and the customer service team was dedicated to making guests comfortable, so that deserves 5/5. I didn't raise the room problems with reception because I understood they were under pressure: cleaning staff were absent that day, and the receptionists had to get the room ready. There was no mobile signal in the room, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The bathroom smelled, so I left the exhaust fan on to reduce the odor. One pillow had no cover, there was no outer bed cover, and the room had no trash can. The water heater didn't work either. Loud videoke and music continued overnight until morning, though I managed to sleep through it.

The rooms are large, the air-conditioning is cold, and the staff are nice. But the pool was dirty, and there was no trash can in the room, only one in the bathroom. The bathroom has no floor mat by the door and no drain in the toilet area, so water can't be kept from pooling there. It feels like the whole CR is flooded.

The bed was so miserable that I left after one night. This is a brand new hotel, yet there were no mattress toppers, and the springs hurt and left bruises. The pool looks nice, and you can watch planes land from there. It's behind the airport hotel, though, and the check-in desk was hard to find. There are places to eat nearby, but even my Grab delivery driver had trouble locating it.
