We’ve used your service a few times before and everything went fine, so being turned away this time made no sense to us. An 18-year-old is already of legal age, yet your staff said women have to be 21 and men 20. Seriously? They even let a 19-year-old ask about the service. The receptionist said the age rule came from a minor once getting a room and a parent showing up and causing a commotion. How is that our fault? You let that happen, but we’re the ones paying for your mistake. We want the manager to speak with us directly and provide the legal documentation behind prohibiting a woman who’s already of legal age. Next time we try to use your service, we expect to see the manager if you deny us again. P.S. It’s not our fault you allowed a minor in and faced consequences. Your failure isn’t our obligation.

I’ve stayed here before and booked online for the night, but around 1:00 a.m. a front desk staff member woke me to ask how many hours I planned to stay. My reservation already showed that information, so it should have been checked before calling. I was badly disturbed and couldn’t get back to sleep for several hours. It was disappointing and affected my stay. Guests shouldn’t be woken because of a staff oversight, and this showed poor front desk procedure and little consideration for their comfort.

I paid for the pricier 10-hour option after the receptionist told me they didn’t have the 6pm to 6am promo. That meant checking out around 5am, which was a hassle. When I checked in again later, I learned they still offer the 6pm check-in to 6am check-out deal. Please address this.

This older Sogo branch is popular for couples and overnight stays, partly because it’s near the bus terminal. But it’s gone downhill. The thin walls let conversations from next door come right through, and the rooms are noisy. Internet is slow, TV reception is poor, and cleanliness wasn’t great. The room and outlet arrangement was inconvenient too. A bad experience.
