The staff stayed friendly and smiled despite the problems, and the beds in our little house were comfortable, with good pillows. Everything there was clean, and the large fridge-freezer, kettle, cups, instant coffee, cream, and sugar were useful. Still, the place looks worn out. Even the toilets by reception show old infrastructure that's barely functional, though not dirty. The house nearby was also run-down. Dinner was good, but we waited 45 minutes for three Korean dishes and rice, and very few menu items were available. The large dining room is nicely decorated, which makes that a pity. Breakfast offered no choice: half a slice of grilled toast, two eggs, two slices of sweet Filipino-style ham, and coffee or tea on request. The modern TV has very few channels and terrible picture quality, so we turned it off and played Monopoly. There was no WI-FI anywhere in the complex, which is hard to understand these days. For the price, the value is heavily against the customer, and honestly I can't recommend staying here.

The restaurant and cafe service was good, and they have a family bundle promo that works well for sharing. But several parts of the establishment are closed, and the villas aren't well maintained. The air-conditioning in both my room and my sister's was outdated and couldn't cool the rooms to the temperature we selected. At the rate listed on their website, I wouldn't recommend it. I hope management finds a way to renovate and keep the hotel maintained.

It's a quiet, peaceful setting and seems good for a family get-together. The villas need an upgrade, though. Their interiors look much as they did decades ago, and the refrigerator is rusty. The TV and furniture are outdated, and there's no bidet in the villa bathrooms. :(

It used to be fun, but now I find it boring. The water park is closed, and swimming is limited to the Olympic-size pool, which is really only half that size. Its shallowest part is 4 feet. Families with kids have to pay extra for them to use the children's pool.

The breakfast was a nice chance for my family to sit and eat together, but I won't return. We booked four villas for two days for my parents' anniversary, and at checkout I was charged 680 for a stained, worn towel that housekeeping had failed to count and put in my villa. The pool was so dirty, and I wouldn't spend money on the water park.
