We had a great stay in the huge villa and will surely come again. There are five spacious rooms, each with its own toilet and bath. The living room has a reclining sofa and karaoke, with Filipino, English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese songs. The karaoke could use newer songs, unless I just don’t know how to work it. There are dining sets on both the ground floor and upstairs, and the kitchen has the basics. By the pool there’s a cozy hangout spot. The pool itself is a bit small, but still good.
I wish I’d taken more photos to show how great our vacation was, but I was too busy taking it all in. The place is well situated for touring the area. The zoo is only a four-minute drive with no traffic, there are lots of commercial places to visit, and a public park is a ten-minute walk away. Don’t miss out!
The staff were really friendly and accommodating, but breakfast was disappointing. Don’t expect a grand buffet. They serve an “American” breakfast of sliced bread, sliced ham, bacon, eggs, and a garden salad made with cabbage. Yes, cabbage. They ran out of bacon without refilling it, and the eggs took a long time to come back. I felt bad for the staff because there wasn’t much they could do.
We paid P13,000 for the six-bedroom villa because our family is large, and that isn’t a small amount. When we arrived, we were told one room’s air-conditioning wasn’t working, so we had to accept a five-bedroom villa and two free mattresses. They should have told us before our reservation date so we could decide whether to cancel. We asked for maintenance to check it, but were told nobody was on duty. The staff wouldn’t accommodate even a simple request, just kept saying no. Our first stay was worth it, but after this second one we may look for another private villa. P13,000 for a night wasn’t worth it.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. Our five-bedroom villa had a bathroom in each room, plus a fridge, microwave, stove, and electric kettle. There was a videoke machine ready to use. You can bring your own grill or pay to have them grill for you. Cable was available, though during our stay there was only one channel, which seemed to be an issue with the provider. They also have WiFi, but I didn’t try it.
