The friendly service was what stayed with me most. Every team member was warm, professional, and welcoming, ready to help and making us feel valued from check-in through departure. Breakfast had a great spread, with fresh, well-prepared options ranging from international dishes to local favorites. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities beautiful. The modern, lively, well-managed casino was a highlight too, bringing energy and entertainment while the hotel still felt refined. Clark Marriott gave us a truly outstanding five-star experience, and I’d recommend it for leisure or business.

The kitchen team deserves a thumbs-up for the tapas and other dishes, which were all delicious. We also got a lovely welcome surprise, chocolate cream puffs in our room. As Elite Marriott members, we were invited to see the hotel kitchen and staff, which was really cool. Ms. Euniz Patriarca and Ms. Dianne Yumul gave us warm, thoughtful attention and made us feel appreciated. Mrs. Jovy Agudon greeted us so kindly and shared helpful information. The housekeeping team kept our spacious, spotless rooms fresh and ready each day. We recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel Clark in the Philippines and were blown away by the premium feel and top-notch service. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, a great example of Filipino hospitality. Thanks to everyone who made the stay memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Marriott Clark.

I’ve stayed at Marriott Hotel Clark several times with my family, and it keeps feeling like home, which is why we return. We really appreciate that each room has both a Bible and a Book of Mormon. It’s a small, thoughtful detail that meant something to us. The food is another reason we like staying here. The breakfast and lunch buffets have lots of variety, the food is fresh, and it’s always delicious. The gym is well equipped, while the jacuzzi, steam room, and pool are great places to unwind after a long day. Everything is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

A really special birthday stay. By a happy coincidence, I was made member of the day, which came with free lounge access and discounts. We also got a warm welcome note in the room, and the whole visit felt personal, with friendly, helpful staff making sure we had what we needed. We ate at Smoki Moto and enjoyed the steak and galbi jim. Being member of the day meant I paid 50% less. The whole experience felt very different from other hotels we’ve stayed at around the area.
