The room wasn't dirty, but poor maintenance made it uncomfortable. Ants were everywhere, the water pressure was extremely weak, and at one point I had to use the toilet bidet to shower. My friend ran out of water in the toilet, and maintenance had to come and somehow get it running again. The bathroom was in similar shape. If you're working, the WiFi is close to nonexistent. I could see it but couldn't connect, so I went to reception to complain. They said it wasn't their fault because it was raining. Front desk staff weren't exactly rude, but they seemed wrapped up in their group chats and barely noticed people waiting for help. Breakfast felt old-fashioned too: they handed over a menu with a few a la carte choices. The hotel's very old and the decor is dated. It gave me the impression the owner had given up and was just seeing how long it could last. I didn't have a comfortable stay. If you don't have activities nearby, it might be wiser to look at other hotels around there.

Food smells filled the whole hotel. I spoke to the cook, who said the kitchen vent was broken. The owner was there the whole time, and I regret not speaking to them. Water pressure was terrible. The electric heater would stop heating after a while, so I had to turn it off before the heat came back. The bathroom was large but had nowhere to set toiletries. There was shampoo in the shower, so I bought soap, but there wasn't even a place to put it. With just one sink and no countertop, the bathroom wasn't very practical.

The room wasn't the nicest looking, but it was a good deal for the price. The staff always had a smile, and I tried the Korean breakfast, which was tasty and spicy. I had a wonderful stay and would return if I need an overnight place in Clark.

For the price, it's an okay place, and the location was convenient, close to restaurants and a convenience store. Check-in was rough: issues meant we were moved between three different rooms. There was no coffee in the room like at most hotels, and breakfast choices were limited. Some staff were friendly, while others made a fuss at checkout about a pillow stain we hadn't caused. All in all it was acceptable, but I wouldn't stay again.

We had a great time here, from the breakfast and pool to the view. The staff were very accommodating, especially Manager maam May, who was kind and considerate. We’d definitely return when we’re in Clark again. Congratulations on the opening, and highly recommended. 5 stars! ✅💯
