Sea Spring Resort

Every room faces the sea, which is great. It’s a very underrated hotel. Adding activities such as a zipline or wall climbing would make it even better.

The hot pools are the best part, with a spacious, clean area around them. They’re only around 2 feet deep, but the water can get to 39-40+°C, so ease in very slowly and gradually. Once you’re submerged, you may feel drowsy. Good for relaxing muscles and heat therapy.

There’s a restaurant on site, and the staff are friendly. The location is easy to find and not secluded, though the access road is a little narrow. There are two small hot pools and one large one, reaching up to 40°C, plus two large pools that reportedly use seawater. It’s a good family vacation spot. The sauna is a bit of a walk from the pools.

The best part for us was being by the sea in the evenings, chatting late while the breeze and waves carried on. It was pure bliss. The pools are large, unusual, and saltwater, with basketball rings in one and fun slides in others. There’s a volleyball court too, although its matting is worn. I only wish one or two pools were at least 6-foot deep, since they all felt shallow. Mobile data worked well enough for basic internet because Wi-Fi wasn’t available in most places. Our room was some distance from the recreation areas, which might suit people wanting quiet since those areas can get noisy. The non-inverter aircon struggled to cool our large room, and the men’s showers had weak water flow in a few cubicles. The sink faucets occasionally ran dirty water. Even with those drawbacks, we had a great stay overall.
