Ascott Makati

We had a really good stay, and I'd especially like to thank everyone for making it so memorable. From the entrance guard to the reception team, people were welcoming, professional, and pleasant to deal with. You can tell they care about making guests comfortable and keeping things smooth, and they go out of their way to look after you. I can't recommend this place enough.

The room had a great view of Bgc, complete utilities, and a nice carpet. The bathtub was great too, wish I'd brought my rubber ducky! I figured out the confusing TV setup and all those remotes before my dad did. The breakfast buffet is on the 2nd floor. There was an advertisement for "Steak" at the penthouse, but I couldn't afford it. The food and drinks were kinda good, though they could use more salt and pepper. I came for a Family Business Trip to Bgc. At first glance the whole place looked like Abenson, lol. When we went in, the staff, Kuya and Ate's, greeted us, and we got a free Mango Juice before check-in. It was bland, therefore great. The elevators are just dizzy. My overall rating for Ascott is 4.8/10. Staff are nice, room was clean, TV is like a videogame mechanism, bathtub funnn, and the view is great. Shoutout to "Rebecca" for cleaning the room. Ty po!

We joined the evening stargazing activity and had a delightful time looking at the moon and Jupiter through the large telescopes, with staff on hand to explain what we were seeing. The team was top notch and very family oriented. The property offers good value for its location and amenities. It's centrally placed with easy access to the major malls. Check-in was efficient and helpful, and the room had a cosy layout, though there were signs of age and patching. The amenities were standard for a service apartment, with international charging points. Internet speed and water pressure were good.

The place seems particularly well suited to families, business guests, and longer stays. The attentive service and hospitality really set a high standard, and we look forward to returning. Mrs. Diane Kasilag (Resident Assistant Manager), Mr. Christon Infant (Sales Director), resident manager Paolo, and the rest of the front office team deserve special thanks. From three weeks before we arrived through check-in and afterward, they were proactive, responsive, and professional. We ran into a few complications at the beginning, but they handled them smoothly, with clear and timely communication. No stress or excuses, just solutions, and we always felt looked after.
