The area is close to great places to eat, so it’s easy to wander around Makati. We were there on a supposedly busy day, but it didn’t feel crowded or noisy, which was a plus. Our room was great and the staff were friendly. They explained clearly how things worked. One thing they could improve: water dispensers on every floor would save a trip downstairs to the first floor each time. My boyfriend did all the back-and-forth, so I didn’t let that affect my review. Otherwise, everything was great!

Casa Charlie made it easy to get to the major business areas in Makati on foot, which is handy since I travel to PH often for meetings. I had a great stay. The modern rooms were kept very clean, and the air con worked really well. The staff deserve a big shout-out. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to answer questions or help with requests. Some of the best service I’ve experienced. The only minor annoyance was that there wasn’t a kettle in the room. I asked, and they provided one in the common area a day or two later. I’d highly recommend staying here in Makati.

For my Manila vacation, I’m glad I chose this hotel. It’s easy to find and the traffic wasn’t bad. There’s a coffee shop downstairs, and pharmacies, banks, and a 7/11 nearby. I’d give it 10/10 and book again soon. The hotel keeps the rooms clean and well lit, and the blankets are comfy. Of all the hotel service I’ve had, theirs is among the best. There are no room phones, but you can reach them through your preferred way, like WhatsApp or Viber. It’s easy to send questions or requests, and they take care of them agad-agad.

Great atmosphere from the moment I walked in, and even better service all the way through checkout. They work with a few third-party services, which made the stay and requests seamless. I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to booking again. Shout-out to Charlene!

The room was neat and clean, and restaurants are nearby. Our only issue was the TV: it doesn’t have Netflix, and trying to log into my own account didn’t work either. We still had a pleasant, comfortable stay and would recommend it.
