We booked through the hotel website and received an acknowledgment email, but when we arrived they told us that site was old and hadn’t reserved a room for us. At 9:30 p.m. we were suddenly left without anywhere to stay that night. They said they couldn’t give us a room even if one was available, because the new website was fully booked. Thankfully we found somewhere else, but the experience was very disappointing. I hope they improve the booking system.

The location is nice, especially if you want to be near Japanese restaurants. The TV signal was poor, the doormat smelled, and there were mosquitoes in our room.
