The staff and location are the only real positives. It’s an old building, supposedly an apartelle, but the kitchen has just a sink, table and chairs, no plates, cups or kettle. Everything is old, and the mattress should’ve been thrown away years ago. There aren’t any coat hangers in the cupboards, so you can’t hang clothes, and there isn’t even a bin in the room. I asked for a quiet room and got one facing the main road, with thin single-pane windows, so it’s noisy all the time. It seems mostly set up as an apartelle for Filipinos staying long term.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfy. It does feel like an old place, but the cozy atmosphere works for me. I also like the paintings on the hotel walls in every corner and on every floor.

The building and its facilities are fairly old, but the staff made my stay relaxing. They also changed my bedding and towels every day, which I appreciated.

For the price, it’s okay. I lived here for a year as a monthly tenant, and the number of people at reception, cockroach problems, and management’s general lack of responsiveness became issues.
