KL Executive Greenbelt KLX

We had a great family stay at KLX. The room amenities, pool, and gym were all things we enjoyed, and the service was good, with courteous staff. There are plenty of interesting places to eat nearby, and we liked walking around the park and beyond. A really nice experience.

The four of us had lots of room, and we really enjoyed our family time at KLX. Restaurants, parks, and malls are all an easy walk away. The pool, gym, and sauna were great amenities too.

The pool and sauna are small and pretty standard, but they were clean. There’s a convenience store right outside for essentials, and I’d try to get a unit looking toward the park rather than one facing inward. Each room is privately owned, with bookings handled by the front desk. It’s a handy spot for work or activities in the CBD, and I’d stay here again on my next trip to Makati.

The room was lovely and high quality, but there were too many things that made the stay uncomfortable. There was major construction inside the building, the elevator was very hot and smelled bad, and a power saw started up just outside my door in the morning. There was no breakfast, and I couldn’t use the gym or spa. The place looks premium at first, but I came away with a lot of concerns. I’d booked one night and only found out when I arrived that the sauna and spa close on Mondays for cleaning. That hadn’t been mentioned beforehand. I was glad to get an early check-in, but then had to pay a €50 cash deposit in the room even though I booked through Booking.com. I also had to sign a waiver to use the balcony, which felt unnecessarily strict.
