KL Tower

I love the location, and the Front Office team were warm and professional. The room was generously sized, with a beautiful view of Washington Sycip and Legaspi Parks. Seeing greenery in the middle of Makati CBD felt peaceful. The aircon was cool, and the bathroom had the basics, though it could use some maintenance. Breakfast at Nono’s had a good range of options. The coffee was on the acidic side, and the croissant and pain au chocolat were served at room temperature. The first issue came just after check-in, when I found someone else’s luggage in my room. Its airline tag seemed to belong to another guest. I called the Front Desk so they could secure and collect it in case the owner was looking for it. They apologized for the mix-up, but I’m unsure how securely they handle luggage. I was also unhappy with Security Personnel Mark. He told me to park along the driveway to check in. Since I was alone, I wanted to bring my luggage and personal items to the Front Desk and collect them after parking, but Mark insisted I leave them in the car and finish checking in first. He ignored my explanation and kept speaking in an unwelcoming, unprofessional way. When I tried to enter, he didn’t help open the door, even though it needed his keycard.

We’ve been staying in this building for nine months through Airbnb, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, with a park in front, a 7/11 downstairs, and the mall just a few minutes away on foot. The service has been great. The sauna is the problem. It’s disgustingly dirty, especially the Men’s room, and it’s always switched OFF. You have to switch it ON yourself and wait at least 20 minutes for it to heat up. We hope the sauna room will be clean in the future, and we’re glad to stay in the building.

Dear KL Residences Management, We keep choosing KL Residences when we come home because the service is consistently good and the Makati location is central. The security team and hotel staff are always courteous and helpful. I’d like to suggest refreshing the rooms and repainting. The place feels a little dated, and the furniture, especially the sofa, is quite small. The bathrooms also need an update. We enjoy our nine-day stays, and I hope you’ll consider these changes for future guests. Thank you for the good service. Thanks, Caroline J

We began and ended our Philippines trip with two-night stays at KL Serviced Residences, and it worked perfectly both times. The apartment was spotless and a welcome break from Manila’s bustle. After almost 24 hours of travel, the sauna and pool were just what we needed to unwind. The staff were so friendly and welcoming that the stay felt comfortable and stress-free. It’s a fantastic location, with garden parks right outside and Greenbelt Mall a short walk away, plus lots of food, shopping, and things to do nearby. Comfortable, quiet, and well placed, it made an ideal home base. Highly recommend. 🌿🏙️
