Raffles Makati

Micko and Patricia stood out for their attentive, professional care and genuine warmth throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure our group was comfortable and looked after, and left us with a lasting impression. We especially appreciated the butler service, which made everything feel easier and added comfort. Raffles Makati made our trip memorable, with excellent hospitality and staff who were consistently helpful and approachable.

We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was a relaxing break from the city, and the hotel feels elegant without being stiff. Everything seemed calm and well cared for. Micko and Patricia were especially warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Getting around was easy from this central location, with Landmark Mall across the road and Green Belt nearby. Our large group was checked in smoothly, just in time for afternoon tea. I was feeling a bit ill on the first night, but the delicious adobo from room service helped me feel better. We felt at home from the start and would happily recommend a few nights at Raffles Makati.

The suite was by far the most luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped room I’ve stayed in. My wife and I felt looked after from the moment we arrived, and the service at Raffles was the best I’ve experienced at hotels around the world, even beyond what I’d expect from a five-star property. The staff also went well out of their way to help me arrange a difficult surprise for my wife in our room. If the price works for you and this is the style you want, I recommend staying here without hesitation.

Even with so much nearby, the hotel felt peaceful, which gave us a nice mix of convenience and comfort. Malls are just across the road, so it was easy to walk over for restaurants or shopping. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, while the common areas had an elegant feel. The whole stay felt polished.
