The neighborhood was great, and the staff were super friendly. I could park my rented scooter in the basement garage, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lighting options I liked and bottled water in glass bottles. I needed more than one bottle, so I sometimes asked staff for extras. There’s also a dispenser in the gym where you can refill your own bottle. For the price, this seems like the best place to stay in this part of the city. Definitely try the restaurant too.

The hotel's location made it easy to explore Makati in any direction, or stay close by next to Velasquez park. It worked especially well for the Salcedo weekend market since we could bring our food back to the room and not worry about finding seats. We were on the street side and the noise wasn't a problem for us. For a quieter stay with less people watching, the Leviste St side might suit you better. Service was great. The door security staff were polite and helpful, and Kate at the front desk helped me with local calls and reservations. There were other helpful staff too, though I didn't get their names. The gym and public areas were well maintained. The hotel restaurant and cafe were good, but with so many places to eat nearby, we had lots of other options at any time of day. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, but I don't understand why there was no seating on the decks or even basic kitchen gear. I would've liked some utensils, plates, and kitchen rags. I felt bad using the nice bathroom towels to clean up a mess, and even opening a Redhorse politely was a challenge. You might be able to request these things, but their absence was one reason for my star off. The other was the missing deck seating. There’s no pool, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting for pleasure, though the gym is really good. I highly recommend the place for its location and service.

We stayed in the Barcelona Suite, thanks Erickya!!! The gym was nice too. This is a lovely little hotel in a perfect spot, and we really enjoyed our time here. It was a great start to our first visit to the Philippines. A great hotel for the price.

The way the team looked after us made this stay especially memorable. I became seriously ill with food poisoning, and they quickly arranged a mobile medical team. The staff treated both my family and me with attentive care and concern. Even after we returned to Germany, hotel management checked in to ask how I was doing. That kind of warmth, responsibility, and compassion deserves real recognition. We spent six days at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences in November 2025 and felt very comfortable. The central location, the room's beautiful design, and the pleasant atmosphere all added to an enjoyable stay. We'd gladly come back to this welcoming, well-managed hotel. My sincere thanks to the whole team at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences. Wishing everyone a joyful Christmas season and a peaceful start to the New Year.

We found Cartel so good that my partner and I kept going back. It also worked well for our different food needs, low-calorie and high-protein for me, pescatarian for him. We made breakfast ourselves, with fruit, bread, and yogurt from the Marketplace grocery shop a few blocks away and the 7-Eleven next door. I wasn't happy with the breakfast options or service at Pablo. The property also has a Spanish restaurant, an amazing display of art, and a well-equipped gym. The apartment-style room had a fridge, sink, microwave, and induction cooker. Housekeeping quickly brought flatware and silverware when we asked. The bathroom was more than adequate, though business travelers may want to know that the frosted shower divider shows the silhouette of whoever's inside. The beds were on the firm side. A pillow menu helped a lot with my jet lag-triggered insomnia. We came on a last-minute Christmas trip after a friend who'd stayed here in Manila insisted on The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences. Its location balances a quiet urban neighborhood with easy access to Makati's business and shopping district, about a 10-15 minute walk away. Ayala Triangle's green spaces are a few blocks away, and we were lucky to be there on a Saturday for the Salcedo Weekend Market. The guards were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. The one shock was the steep PHP 10,000 (USD 170) deposit, more than even some five-star hotels charge. Leaving was swift and just as efficient as arriving.
