We come back to UNWND whenever we’re in Manila. It’s clean and well located, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The security guards out front are attentive and friendly around the clock. Aicris kept our room clean each day, and Anthony did a great job managing breakfast. Loisha at the front desk helped me book for next month, when we’ll be back. I’d recommend UNWND.

Allen was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout dinner. We had a great time at UNWND Poblacion Makati. The ambiance was lovely, and the food and drinks were great. We really enjoyed the evening. Thank you, and Happy New Year to UNWND.

Hope, who was both bartender and server, made the visit especially enjoyable. He was warm, friendly, and easy to approach, and took care of everything we needed.
