The front desk staff were kind and nice, and the location is handy for the mall, fast-food places, and street stores. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, though. There were cockroaches crawling around, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Breakfast choices were limited. If you’re only passing through, there may be nothing to complain about.
I bought a brand new car, and it wasn’t even a month old. Everything seemed fine overnight, but in the morning I found a big scratch beside it with blue paint on it. I was so disappointed. There are only 2 parking slots, and I later heard, though I don’t know for sure, that a blue Mitsubishi Adventure next to my car belonged to the owner of the establishment. I checked the CCTV and nothing had happened on the footage. My wife and I finally agreed that they had deleted it. Tsk2.
The location is great, near the plaza and Gaisano mall, right beside chowking. Staff are friendly, and the linen was clean and good. Rooms are small, though, and the shower heads kept coming off their holders.
