We arrived at 4:30 AM after a wake and only needed somewhere nearby to rest for three hours. Their sign listed 400 for three hours, with an extra 125 for each additional hour. The caretaker had tried to cover the room odor with Downy mixed with water, and the smell was overpowering. The bed and pillows looked and smelled dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the shower didn't work. We were exhausted but still struggled to sleep. When it was time to get up around 7, I saw a dead cockroach floating in the toilet. Disgusting. I wouldn't recommend checking in here. There's another traveller's inn a minute away.

The location worked well for me, and it felt safe. The roomboys were very friendly and accommodating. Still, the rooms are dated, the mattresses are in very poor shape, and the bathrooms leak. I also had a lot of toilet trouble in my first room. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for low-resolution YouTube, but only if I stood near the window. I stayed here for several weeks for work. They wouldn't refund the unused extra day, or let me put its value toward my next stay. That's unfortunate, since the inn is close to my office and I often need multi-week stays. They kept an extra 850, but lost the chance of having me back regularly.

We needed somewhere to sleep because of a seminar in malolos, and the location worked. The aircon was cold, and there was a water heater. That's about where the positives end. The place was old, dirty, and smelly, with thin sheets and old pillows. The toilet was stained yellow, the shower was crusty, and the lights and fixtures were broken or worn out. It served its purpose, but I doubt I'd come back.

We had a comfortable stay in the family room, which had two queen beds and plenty of space, including a roomy bathroom. It was clean, and perhaps the family room is better quality. Since it was like having our own villa, with a private garage and no shared living room or kitchen, I didn't worry about my three loud kids disturbing anyone. The mall was an easy walk away, with banks around the area. Staff were very accommodating, maybe a little too much: they insisted we leave our keys at the office when we went out.
