Flair Towers Condo Near MRT Bonifacio and Shaw Within Greenfields

There are plenty of nearby businesses, so the location worked well. The place was clean and spacious, with a really large swimming pool plus a kiddie pool. I also liked spending time on the roomy roof deck. It has its own convenience and grocery store, with fresh produce and meat available, so there’s no need to go to the market.

Flair towers is a beautiful DMCI project, and the grounds feel quiet and well spaced out. The location is good, though security could be better managed with access cards. We ran into a serious problem with the PMO: they charged interest even though we paid on time. There are also too many forms to fill out for condo activities.

They sent the extra charges only a few hours before check-in, and they were unresponsive when I asked questions. Check-in is at 2:00pm and checkout at 10:00am, with an hourly fee for early or late arrival or departure. On top of the online booking, they charge 250 pesos per person per night for utilities, including electricity, water, internet, wifi, laundry and garbage disposal. Pool access costs 200 pesos per person, parking is 350 pesos per slot, and both are paid at the property. A room key also requires a refundable 300 peso deposit, returned at checkout. There are a lot of extra fees.

The security team was the best part of my experience. The guards were especially considerate of small children while keeping people and the property safe, and the woman working as a receptionist in the lobby showed excellent customer service. I really commend them. The tower’s location was also an asset. The host and unit, though, were the worst I’ve experienced in bookings here or abroad. I was very disappointed that the agoda app allows a substandard stay like this to be offered to future travelers.
