The location deserves 5 stars. The room felt dated, the air-conditioning was noisy, and the water pressure was low.

A decent place to stay in mandaluyong, and the AC gets cold. There are notes in the CR and bath reminding you how important water is. Internet time is rented by the hour, so I had to reconnect every 1 hour. They also provide a list of equipment and the prices in case you damage anything.

They charged me 500 pesos over a tiny menstrual blood leak on the bed sheets. 500 pesos for such a small stain? 😪🧐
