Twin Oaks Place

Twin Oaks is surrounded by malls, a park, office spaces and places to walk or jog. I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The facilities are good, the staff are very competent, and it’s very pet-friendly too. Great value for money.

There are walking and jogging paths nearby, plus pickleball and badminton courts, a park, and even a pet park. The place itself feels cozy and has a lovely atmosphere, with restaurants, cafes, bars, malls, luxury shops, and well-known landmarks close by. It could suit families, friends, creatives, or anyone working from home or making content. Enjoy your stay! 😊🛋️

The floor-to-ceiling windows make the room and its view fantastic, though the traffic along Shaw Boulevard can be a nuisance even from inside. Crossing the road is tricky, and sometimes the elevator's cooling doesn't work right. I noticed a sizeable Chinese community in the building through encounters in the lobby and elevator. Still, the train station, large malls, and Ortigas offices are all nearby, which makes the location convenient.

The staff and security team make this feel like home. They're consistently warm and accommodating, and have helped create a real sense of community. I also feel reassured by the strict access controls at the entrance and elevators. It’s a practical place to live, with schools, MRT stations, malls, restaurants, and other everyday essentials close at hand. I’ve grown very fond of the location and the convenience, and feel proud to call this safe, welcoming place home.
