6/10. It's convenient for malls and restaurants, and there's a coffee shop right in front of the condo for coffee lovers. But it gets very crowded, and there's often a long wait for the elevator going up.

I can't recommend Nica's place anymore. The service is very weak, and if you forget something, it may be gone. They even eat things from the fridge while you're paying the bill downstairs. I used to visit Nica's property management often for work, but something has been wrong since last month. They ate my sausages worth 450p. I had left them in the fridge, but I was still there. Tonight I had a booking and told them I was exhausted and needed to sleep. I was arriving at night, and they were supposed to leave the key at the guard counter. I got there at 3 a.m., but the guard knew nothing about it. I'd been up for 24 hours and needed a few hours of sleep before work. No key, no room.

The location was the one nice part, since malls and restaurants are easy to reach. The room didn't match the pictures we were given, and the facilities need upgrading. The floor was taped off, the toilet flushed very slowly, and there was no washing machine. The AC couldn't be adjusted, and only one hotplate worked because the burner stove was out of order. Power went off twice a day. Cleaning services also cost extra.

Really nice.
