We had a smooth event at bai hotel, thanks to Sir Jessie, who made sure our concerns were handled. Sir Jacklord also kept our room neat and clean. The food was great, and I’d be happy to dine there again. Everyone on staff was helpful and enthusiastic, so I’d definitely return in the future. My experience was a 10/10.

The room attendants deserve a special thanks for their careful work, which made our stay more comfortable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and the place had a warm, home-like feel. It was a nice spot to relax and unwind. I’d recommend staying here.

Ms. Kristine, Ms. Suzanne, and Ms. Jane made us feel welcome and helped take care of everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the rest of the staff were always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay at bai Hotel. Thanks for making our visit memorable! ♥️

Kent at the Pool Club and Charm at Café Bai made our extended family stay especially memorable. They were warm and friendly, and always seemed genuinely happy to see us, which made us feel at home. We also loved the hotel’s modern, stylish design and the thoughtful details in the rooms and around the property. From the moment we arrived, Bai Hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. Thanks to the team for a wonderful visit. We hope to return.

10/10
The buffet at Café Bai had fresh, flavorful food and plenty of variety, with the whole meal feeling carefully put together. The elegant setting and attentive service added to the experience. The restaurant clearly puts care into both hospitality and quality. It offers good value for a special occasion or just a treat, and was one of the best buffets in Cebu for me. I can’t wait to come back.
