Check-in was easy, and the customer service was great. Just keep in mind there’s a security deposit and a small early check-in fee. My room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well for remote work. I’d book again and recommend it to others.

Reception staff were kind, and checking in and out was easy. The room had everything we needed, with plenty of space, a clean feel, and a lot of comfort. I also enjoyed the nice views and sunset. There are restaurants nearby, and the area is pleasant to walk around.

Booking through the RedDoorz application was smooth, and the price was competitive. I stayed at UrbanView @ Evangelista Street Makati, now under a different brand but still associated with RedDoorz. It has new management, and the rebranding seems to have brought some noticeable improvements. The rooms were better than I expected, well maintained and comfortable, so I had a very enjoyable stay. I’d recommend the property for its room quality and easy booking.

The manager or owner is very friendly and willing to help. But across three stays, no one came to service the room on any of the days, or even empty the bins, despite the “make room please” tag being on the door. The rooms are average and not modern. There are plenty of storage cupboards, but no microwave or fridge. The street is mostly lined with automobile parts and service shops, though there are local shops if you walk around, and a seven-eleven very close by.
