We slept well, since there weren't any other ongoing noises. The room was beside the elevator and stairs, though, so its bells could be heard often and the room wasn't soundproof. Aside from that, everything was great, and we had a wonderful stay. The interior design was really artistic. 💖

I’m a student, and my sister and I needed a comfortable place with WiFi so we could keep up with our schoolwork and stay safe. On our second night, we realized we hadn’t budgeted properly and thought we’d have to stay somewhere else. The front desk and the owner helped us out by letting us use a room that wasn’t supposed to be available yet. I’m really grateful for the extra help tonight. We’d come back again, 100/10. Shalom!

The first night of our five-day stay was awful. Metal or wood kept banging outside, while water dripping from the aircon upstairs tapped constantly against ours and carried into our room. They said the piping hadn’t been installed yet. It made me wonder why management hadn’t made it a priority, since guests need to sleep. The next four days were much quieter, as our room didn’t face the road. The shower head didn’t work, so we had to wash with the heater’s water hose. I didn’t raise it because I didn’t expect other rooms to be any better. There weren’t many guests then, so staff could have checked whether everything in the rooms worked. On the good side, the staff were friendly and helpful, the building seemed pretty new, and the rooms were clean. It’s just a few meters from a 24-hour Chowking, Metro for groceries, and other shops. You can also get Grab food delivered without corkage.

The people are what made me want to come back. From the security guard to the front office team, everyone was attentive, entertaining, and knowledgeable. The team leads, Ms. Yuki, Ms. Enj and Ms. Kim, were especially friendly and committed to good service. The staff have lots of personality, and management has a great group of people. At Cargotel Travel Inn we had what felt like a home away from home, and the stay was the best I can remember. They even granted our small request for the birthday celebrant and went beyond what we expected. The security guard welcomed us, and they had temperature checks, social distancing, visible alcohol, and other safety measures. I’d expected a nice room, but the service stood out even more.
