The location is easy for tourists and renters to find, and the rooms were elegant and clean. I had a luxurious stay at Chatswood Residences last month, and the service and accommodation were great. It was a perfect place to relax with family and friends, and the staff were kind and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying here to unwind. I came to Cebu alone from Korea for my birthday 🎂. The place is classy and amazing, and it was a great day with my parents’ family. I enjoyed using the gym. My fitness equipment wasn’t broken, and you can get free drinking water there. Good 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻

Sunlight comes through the room, and the bed wasn’t the best. The room and toilet could have been cleaner. In rooms numbered 08-12, street noise is bad, especially the roaring motorbike mufflers. The photos can be misleading: one shows a duvet, but in reality there was only a thin white sheet. There was no hot kettle, cups, or complimentary water.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and very welcome. The front desk staff were warm and helpful with recommendations, and the room was modern and really clean. A wonderful experience.

There’s a nearby restaurant with delicious food, and the bar was a nice place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel is also well placed for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of attractions nearby. I had a memorable stay at Chatswood Hotel Residences. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and made me feel at home. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. I’d definitely recommend Chatswood Hotel Residences as a place to stay. 🫶🏻
