The room was clean and the staff were polite. It’s decent for the price, but the traffic noise made it hard to rest at times. Since it’s near a busy road, you can hear vehicles going by even late at night. Light sleepers may want to keep that in mind before booking.

There’s a reasonably priced cafeteria downstairs, with fresh pastries and good coffee. I noticed Pinoys coming in for lunch and dinner, which is always a good sign. My room was basic but very clean, and the shower had nice hot water. The staff were friendly and always smiling. I felt it was worth the money.

We use the function room for our church service every Sunday, though I haven’t stayed in one of the hotel rooms. The hourly rate is 800, so it’s worth looking at if you need a venue on a tight budget. The staff are accommodating and the service is good, but the function room and the hotel’s general atmosphere need a lot of improvement. The air conditioning works well, but the sound system isn’t good. It’s a budget-friendly hotel.

For me, a practical setup and a convenient location matter more than luxury or looks. This place has the simple, close-to-home feel I like. There’s a bakery with cakes nearby, along with fast-food places, Japanese restaurants, bank ATMs, and a 7/11. The guards and room service staff were respectful and helpful. One receptionist was the exception. You’ll know her when you check in, because she’s the only staff member who doesn’t smile, lol.
