The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning and a kitchen, and the value for money was really good. The owner is an Australian guy who was super nice and gave us good tips on food and things to buy nearby. Amazing apartments in Cebu city.

I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The quality isn’t good, and it isn’t very clean, but the biggest problem is the owner. His attitude is dangerous. You can’t rest, because he gets angry if he sees you sitting down even when there’s no work left. I was absent one day, and he got really angry and terminated me. Then he slapped my face, shut the office door while my arm was in it, pushed me away, and shoved me outside several times. The owner’s attitude doesn’t deserve a business that can grow.

It feels outdated, or maybe it’s just an old apartment, I’m not sure. From outside the homeowner’s apartment, you can see their cable and internet signal, which seemed unusual to me compared with some condo apartments. I may have expected a certain level of cleanliness and tidiness. 😄 Some staff clean the surroundings, but the garbage disposal area needs work. Big rats can be seen enjoying the garbage. Still, I believe it’s a safe area to stay, with security guards by the gates and near our building.

We’ll definitely stay there again if we spend a few days in Cebu. For a very affordable price, this was the best place I’ve been in Cebu. The apartment was modern and absolutely clean, with a big bed, a sofa to sleep on, a large clean fridge, flatscreen TV, fast wifi, and a little balcony. Marc and his staff were so friendly and helped with everything we needed, which was a lot: transfers, Uber taxis, extra towels, coffee, shampoo, and more. The coffee and shampoo were free. Pickup and transfers with Marc’s driver, from the port at 3am, around the city, and to the airport, cost a bit more than a taxi, but he was friendly, entertaining, and at least absolutely safe.
