It feels a bit expensive. The rooms are small and have no cabinets, though they come with amenities including a rice cooker, ref, microwave oven, electric stove, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and a water dispenser with hot and cold water. Some things were missing, like soap, tissues, and a vanity kit, and there was no welcome reception. The TV in the main room didn’t work, and the A/C in the other room was also out of order. The amenities need improvement.

The staff member who helped me was so accommodating and guided me the whole way, kudos to her. I loved the cozy interior, especially the warm colors and mural showing local culture. The stay had all the essentials and was comfortable. Bert's Condotel with Reddoorz partnership made for a great experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Good value and close to the AS fortuna strip. The rooms are on the 4th floor, so keep that in mind, and the elevator only fits six people. There’s WiFi and a nearby 7eleven. In the room, there’s a fridge, electric stove, pots and pans, exhaust, rice cooker, microwave, and utensils. The TV didn’t have abs-cbn. No towels or complimentary soap, etc.

Some things about the hotel are good, but the towels were ripped and some equipment was nearly broken. When clients used them, staff blamed the clients for the condition. The staff also weren’t friendly enough when serving guests.

Really comfortable huge bed, and the bedrooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. I’d recommend this place.
