The TV was mostly room decoration, with only local channels and no Netflix. Even the kettle, cutlery, and basic amenities came with separate charges. I know the hotel is cheap, but guests should still get essentials and a clean place to stay. Our sheets were dirty and stained when we checked in, as if they hadn't been changed, and cockroaches were everywhere. That was uncomfortable and raised serious sanitation concerns. Housekeeping and cleanliness need major improvement. I absolutely don't recommend staying here. We left full of regrets.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the internet was awful, even with our mobile data. It was a dead spot. I spotted baby roaches as soon as we settled in, and the bed was the worst part. My kids couldn't sleep because of the itching. I noticed rashes on my hands and arms after checking out, and saw more when we got back to Manila. It was only an overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family.

For the price, this is a decent hotel to stay in, though it isn't anything like a 5 star place. Reception and the bellboy were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Some food is pricey and there aren't many choices, but a five-minute walk outside gets you to food stalls, carenderias, fast food, and SM J Mall.

You can walk to shops and J Mall from this well-located hotel, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms are decent for what you pay. I did see a few little roaches in the bathroom, but given the low price, I guess you can't expect too much.
