Birch Tower Condominium by ZEN Rooms

We were very happy during our two-month stay while waiting for our condo. It was clean and comfortable, and we saw only two roaches the whole time. The hotel staff were very helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

Good for a city break. Robinsons Manila is just 200 steps away, so it’s easy to pick up food there.

The rooms are spacious and well ventilated, and the location is handy for the LRT, malls, hospitals, museums, and more. My concern is the elevator. It’s old and often malfunctions, and I’m scared to ride it alone. I hope management fixes it. I’d also like security to be stricter. The building is mostly occupied by Airbnb guests, and strangers come and go without any reliable control. That doesn’t feel safe for tenants. I don’t mean everyone, just some people.

I’ve always enjoyed staying in this building. Robinsons Mall is only a few feet away, and you’re right in the entertainment district with the beach just a few minutes’ walk away. There have been a few loud, unruly guests down the hall, though.
