Definitely not recommended. The facilities aren’t properly maintained, and there are lots of cockroaches. The guards, especially the women guards, are very unprofessional and treat you badly. They say lots of things before they even hear your questions.

We’ve had repeated elevator maintenance, especially by the Lacson Ave. lobby, and last night there was a power outage after, as another tenant told me, something on the 2nd floor “exploded.” When we went down to the Lacson Ave. lobby to ask the guard what was going on, he told us, “Please go to the other lobby if you want to know.” Is there really no communication at work here? I’ve lived here almost a year, and security guards keep changing. They don’t seem able to tell tenants from visitors. At the Dos Castillas lobby, one guard regularly confronts people to check whether they live here, instead of just asking politely.

The services outside the condo aren’t accessible for PWDs. You have to use the stairs, and it gets tiring.
