I stayed on the 27th floor. The room was basic but manageable, with a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, and two hot plates. Wi-Fi worked, but the TV didn’t, and I had my tablet anyway.

We haven’t had internet for three days, just one broken promise after another. The customer service here is the worst. Paying for our room through the company doesn’t mean you can talk to us like that. I have friends who own condo units, and they don’t treat people this way. I’ve stayed in different hotels and in my own condo in Cebu, and their service wasn’t like this either. I’m extremely disappointed. Everyone should know about this place so they can be aware. Worst place to stay ever.
