The staff were the gem of this hotel, quick to respond, helpful, and accommodating. We were put on a top floor in a windowless room, and as someone with claustrophobia, I asked to move. They helped right away. The bed linens and towels were clean, and there was enough closet space. Quirino Station is within walking distance, there’s a nearby 7/11, and it’s easy to get to Mall of Asia. Just ask for help if you need it. Cleanliness and maintenance could be better, though. The toilet drain sent back an awful smell.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable for what I paid. I was in Manila all last week to sort out some issues with the VA and US embassy, and this hotel was perfectly placed between them. There were a couple of annoyances: road construction started early, and the windows weren't soundproof, so the jackhammers woke me up. The shower had more sharp edges than a silverware drawer. I don't know who designed it, but they must have been sadomasochistic. Still, I had a pleasant, affordable stay and would happily return next time I'm in Manila, if the road works are done or I get a room on the other side of the hotel. Thanks, Mannra.

I had a basic room at the Mannra, and it was clean and pleasant. The staff were helpful, and the card-controlled rooms were a useful feature. It’s close to central Manila but still has the feel of a small hotel, which I liked. There's no fridge, and the tariff covers the room only.

The service was the best part of my stay, especially Michael, who was such a nice and handsome manager. I lost my phone charger and only realized while having breakfast. When I went back, it had been carefully packaged, as in the attached photo. That impressed me, and I feel you can trust them. All the staff were very kind, and thanks, Michael. I was there on June 10th. The location is close to Malate circle and near the zoo, and Myeong-ga, a Korean restaurant, is within walking distance. The room condition was only two stars for me. The hotel had been closed for the last 2 years, and though it’s old, it’s well managed. I think they’ll improve the interior and exterior soon. I’ll come back soon.

The staff were awesome, spoke English very well, and helped with directions and suggestions for attractions and food. The entrance has 24-hour security and someone at the front desk. The location worked well, close to LRT and Robinson Place, with a grocery store, restaurants, street food stalls, and souvenir shops nearby. WiFi was good too. Hope to stay here again.
