Our accreditation team had a comfortable, satisfying stay at Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central during our Paascu Visit. The hotel gave the accreditors a clean, well-kept, welcoming place to rest after each day's activities, and its location made getting around smooth and manageable. The rooms were orderly and comfortable, and service was efficient and reliable. Staff were courteous and attentive. Kudos to Jhessa, Paolo, Patrick, Jeff, Allysa, and the rest of the hotel staff for their exceptional service. It was a pleasant, commendable experience that contributed positively to our visit.

Binondo was just right for our food trip, even though the area is quite crowded. We loved the stay: the staff were easy to approach and very accommodating, and our room was clean and cozy, with a homey feel. Parking was limited because the lot was full, so we had to leave the car outside. We didn't try the other amenities, but it was still good value for money, and I'd definitely book again. 😊

We stayed in a Deluxe Room from Dec 25-27, 2025, during the busy Christmas season. The hotel stayed calm, clean, and well-maintained. The location in the heart of Binondo was a real highlight, with plenty of good restaurants and food spots nearby. It was good value and a dependable choice for central Manila. Customer service was better than on our previous stay. The guards and bell boys were especially friendly and helpful. They couldn't accommodate early check-in, likely because of holiday occupancy, but handled that professionally. We also got complimentary Christmas cookies on Dec 25, a nice touch.

My family had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the warm welcome, and every staff member was respectful and accommodating. The service was the best we've experienced.

The location made it easy to get around and see nearby attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, with a comfortable bed and strong air conditioning. Breakfast had a good selection, though a bit more variety would be welcome. It was a pleasant stay and good value for money. I'd definitely consider coming back.
