The rooms are small, even the twin one, so I wouldn’t suggest them for families. Couples may find them suitable. The location is good in the business district, the room has decent amenities, and the staff were very accommodating. There’s parking in the building, but losing your ticket costs 300. Security seemed strong, with a tap card needed for floor access, though I was uneasy that housekeeping and other staff could open our room when I left my card inside. I don't know how they track who enters, and I worried about what might happen in case of theft. Use the safe vault for valuables or take them with you when you leave. There’s no intercom in the unit, so you have to go into the hallway to get services. You also need to tell the staff about visitors each time, so make sure you have their email. Towels were provided, but not water or toiletries. Tap water at the front desk tasted metallic, so I’d spend some $$$ on water that tastes good. The room itself was clean, but the bidet head had feces on it. That was really yucky. I believe the cleaners need more training to disinfect every part of the bathroom properly. I expected better cleanliness, even in a basic room, so I’m giving it 1 star. Other branches are strict about cleanliness, and I hope this one improves by our next visit. The overall experience was good, and customer service was 5 star. If you're on a budget and need somewhere to crash, it’s still worth considering.

The Makati location made it easy to walk to fun places to explore, and I found the staff friendly and genuinely helpful. Red Planet Hotels here in the Philippines are a favorite of mine, and this place was an incredible deal. I got good internet and could work both in my room and in the lobby, where there are seats and outlets for equipment. For future bookings, their app can have really good deals. Great experience and value for the price. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It’s not a luxury 5-star hotel, or even 2-star by any stretch, but the price makes it very good value. The rooms are small and clean, and the inside feels modern. There’s a water dispenser on the lobby floor, which is on the 2nd floor. The surrounding area feels quite local, but safe. Check-in staff and security were friendly and courteous.

I was able to check in at 1 PM because the room was ready, which was welcome after a full morning of travel. The room was small but comfortable, with what we needed to relax on our last day in the Philippines: aircon, a fan, TV, good shower pressure, and a comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was very good, and not needing a cash deposit was great near the end of the trip, unlike at other hotels in makati. There wasn’t anywhere to put our bags except the floor, though. A small table would help.

The price felt very low for such lovely service. It was my best experience in the Philippines. The hotel was in a safe part of Manila, with kind, nice people and a clean, comfortable room. Thank you, guys, and God bless you all! ❤️
