I’m very disappointed. We booked through Agoda, but the hotel turned down our reservation and told us they no longer accept guests because the rooms had been converted into a dormitory. They should update Agoda when they make changes like that. I’m asking for my payment to be refunded.

The staff were mostly friendly and easy to talk to, but the stay had too many problems for a better rating. There was no keycard, and we had to get into the room through a window by the fire exit. That window wouldn’t close or lock, which felt unsafe. The heater didn’t work, the air conditioner was weak, the blanket had holes, the bedsheet was leaking, and the room smelled bad. We also found a cockroach. The food wasn’t tasty, had hair in it, and there was even a fly. We’d mentioned dietary restrictions, but they still served us food we weren’t allowed to eat. For all the cleanliness, safety, and food issues, this is only a 2 out of 5.

At 1306.00, the room just wasn’t worth the price. The toilet still had a stain and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was no soap or shampoo, things I’d expect even at a 500+ PHP hotel, and the shower heater didn’t work.
