The room was in awful shape, with dirty sheets and a dirty bathroom that looked as if someone had been living there for a long time. There were people squatting in the rooms, and someone even got a key card from another tenant to open the room we'd booked. The receptionist said the hotel was fully booked. My wife and I were shocked and checked out immediately. We told the staff there was an emergency to avoid more problems, then booked at Maine City Hotel instead. I should have read the Google reviews first. This was a total waste of money. Note: The published name of establishment is Reddoorz @ Emperor Manila Boutique Hotel( Moblile Phone)

We needed somewhere to stay because of an electrical issue, and finding a place that would take dogs was tough. The front desk staff were accommodating and let us stay as long as our fur baby wore diapers. They responded quickly whenever we asked for something. They also have good promotions and discounts, even for walk-ins.

A total waste of money. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bed and pillows smelled terrible too.

The receiving staff were good, but the room and the location really weren't as good as I expected.
