The bathroom flooded after every shower, leaving slimy dirt on the floor that stuck to my feet. I reported it, but staff refused to clean it. The room was cramped and poorly maintained too. Both bedside tables were damaged and wobbly, barely usable for a phone and charger. Staff offered early check-in without explaining that checkout would then be at the same time the next day. I only learned that checking in at 11 a.m. meant checking out at 11 a.m., which caused confusion and inconvenience. Getting basic things was difficult. Requests for towels and a rug brought questions and promises, but nothing arrived. I couldn’t get a mug, glass, or cutlery either. For a stay longer than one night, housekeeping didn’t replace the used towels or bedding. Complimentary water was kept outside the room and depended on supply, so if it ran out guests had to wait. There’s no microwave or fridge. Service and cleanliness were poor, and the property felt more like a basic lodging house than a hotel, with a lot of noise outside. It made for a very uncomfortable stay and doesn’t meet hotel standards. Not a good choice if you care about cleanliness, comfort, and proper service. You get what you paid for.
