The staff made arrival and departure smooth, and they were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Shops, restaurants, and transportation are easy to reach from Regency Grand Suites. My room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. I had a very good stay, would recommend it to visitors, and would consider coming back. It was good value for money.

Service and location were very good, and my suite was quite spacious. I couldn't enjoy the view, though, because the windows had marks and were very dirty. They need cleaning inside and out. The TV could use an update to a smart TV, and a USB charger should be added.

Pacific Bay Grand Suites was extremely dirty. There were huge numbers of cockroaches in the room, kitchen, and bathroom. I wouldn't book it again even if it were free. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Our stay was pleasant, and the front desk service was very nice and helpful. The staff and guards treated us very nicely. The problem came at the pool: the website said use was free for checked-in guests, but when my relatives went to swim, a guard asked them for 300 pesos per person. They paid 300 each. I checked with the front desk, and they confirmed the pool was free. Of the 900 pesos paid, I got only 600 back, because the guard on duty had pocketed the rest. The head guard, I think, apologized on the guard's behalf. The accommodation team stepped in and found a solution, so it ended well. I wanted other people to know what happened.

The reception staff were cheerful and kind, and the room service menu had great choices at good prices. I was so pleasantly surprised by how big and clean the one-bedroom unit was, with fast wifi and a king bed. With Robinsons Mall just across the street and Malate's famous restaus all around, this hotel easily beats pricier places nearby.
