The bed was comfortable, the staff were very nice, and we didn’t have any problems with bugs. The WLAN also worked perfectly well, and the room was spacious. Still, the place is very dated and the room had a strange cigarette-like smell. Old tiles and fittings made the bathroom look dirty, even though I’m sure the cleaning staff are doing their best. A big renovation is needed, so I’d give it three stars.

Friendly staff were always available, and there’s parking beside the hotel. It’s near tourist spots like dolomite beach and luneta park, as well as Robinsons Manila. The rooms could have been great, but there were lots of small roaches. Staff treated them once, but plenty were still in the room.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and being close to the US embassy is a nice bonus. We rented a standard room for one night. It felt a bit like a house, with a kitchen and living room, but the place isn’t new. The bathroom door needed an extra push to stay shut.

The staff were wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are dated and have too many bugs. They sprayed for insects while we were there, and it looked like a remodel might be underway. The price wasn’t bad if you need to be near the US embassy.
