The room was serviced every day, and the staff were reliable and friendly. Michael Tamayo was especially helpful and accommodating. I also looked forward to seeing the security guard who was stationed there throughout my 26 stays. The location was great too, and I'd recommend these hotel suites.

The security guards were the one bright spot. They were friendly and easy to talk to, unlike the reception staff. I spent 8 days there, with construction going on every day and paint smell reaching inside my room. Guests should not be placed on floors where work is underway. On the first day, I asked to upgrade after seeing that my assigned room smelled foul, had a dirty toilet, and stained sheets. The sheets disgusted me enough that I bought my own to make the stay bearable. The receptionist seemed annoyed and said I should have requested an upgrade at check-in, though I couldn't know whether the room suited me before seeing it. I'd never had a hotel refuse an upgrade when I was willing to pay extra. The hotel's policies felt strict and unreasonable, even though I wasn't satisfied with the room or service. I couldn't get even a partial refund for the PHP 13k+ I'd paid if I moved elsewhere because of the rules. The price was definitely not worth it.

The front desk made this stay a headache. Staff didn't seem to communicate with each other, and they made promises without taking responsibility. They had changed our booking without telling us and then expected us to switch rooms because of their mistake. Reception told us at night that we wouldn't have to move, but the next morning they told us to move after all. When we raised concerns, some staff walked into the back office laughing. It felt ridiculous and disrespectful, with no consideration for guests. The room had a toilet that didn't work at check-in, dirty towels, and an AC remote with no batteries, so we couldn't control the air conditioning. “Less stress, more chill” was a joke. I don't recommend staying here.

For 1000₱ a night, I'd say this budget hotel is worth the price. The shower curtain was dirty, though. What else do you expect at a cheap hotel, right? Four stars from me.
