ACEA Subic Bay

The view is hard to beat, and both our 2023 and 2026 stays at Acea left us very satisfied. The kids and adults all had a great time, and we'd love to come back. One small request for improvement: better complimentary coffee in the room would be nice.

A lovely spot to unwind by the beach, and I'd definitely return when I'm back in the area. The water was calm, clear, and clean, with great sun beds and beach towels provided by the hotel. Our room was great, the food was good, and the swimming pool was lovely too.

The bellboys were polite and helpful, and everyone serving us at Salt restaurant was attentive. We ate all our lunches and dinners there, and everything we ordered was superb. The buffet food on the two mornings it was available during our three-night stay was excellent too, and Head Chef Linda was often nearby checking that things were going well. At our first breakfast, though, my husband, who is a foreigner, was unhappy to find it was a la carte, one order per person, instead of the buffet advertised online. We were told this was because there weren't enough guests that morning, with rain and low season. The front desk should have told us at check-in the day before or called, but we weren't informed. Head Chef Linda, who was very nice, kind, and personable, and her assistant Windell made sure we were looked after and happy despite the mix-up. Thanks to Chef Linda and everyone at Salt restaurant, including Windell, Carl, Rodney, and the rest of the staff.

We enjoyed every part of this beautiful resort. The rooms were clean and nice, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great buffet, and we loved the food at dinner too. Thanks, keep up the good work! 🥰👏
