The view from the room in Tower 4 is a real highlight, with the skyway and traffic visible below. At 2,500 pesos a night, though, it’s wild expensive. The room itself is undeniably good, except there was no hot shower, just water that was mildly warm.

I’m disappointed about both the barista and the guard. I set up two tables so I’d have more space, but the guard took one even though it was vacant. Shouldn’t they be protecting customers’ privacy and respecting boundaries? I’d been waiting to speak with the barista, Echo, for the second time, even while he was busy preparing a pickup order. Is he dedicated, or does he not care about customers? I’m writing this here instead of telling the rude barista and guard directly. What happened? I’ve said a lot, but I wouldn’t do this to someone else. Sorry? Not sorry. 🤟🏼

From our unit there was a lovely view across the city. The building sits at the intersection of two main roads, close to SM Centerpoint Mall and within walking distance of schools and hospitals. There are also plenty of useful places on the ground floor, including fast food spots, restaurants, a supermarket, laundry service and a water station.

The residence is close enough to walk to V.Mapa train station, and it’s easy to find a jeepney stop or get to the SM mall. Security is good, and the rooms are moderate. The gym is good too. The pool looks attractive, though some parts inside seem unfinished and could leave you with a bruise.

There are several restaurants around Mezza condominium 2, with Starbucks and Coffee Bean on the ground floor. SM Centerpoint and LRT Mapa are nearby too.
